My name is Bryce Rock. I am a high school football player who has trained in many ways for years. Previously, I had no idea what I was doing and wasted time guessing on my lifts with no progress.

Then, I finally got the correct program to achieve my goals โ€” getting strong, increasing speed, building muscle, and more. I have gained over 65 pounds in 2 years and have increased my lifts by over 80 pounds.

This is because I have been given the correct program to get strong and build muscle, and I want to do that for you. My goal is to use this knowledge and experience to help others accomplish their goals.

It can be fat loss, athletic performance, benching 135+, building muscle, or even being able to do a pull-up. Whatever it may be, I will make a custom program based on your goals. I will also be there to coach you and track your progress.

Common Questions

Do I need to have experience in the gym?
Nope. Whether you've never touched a barbell or you've been lifting for a while but not seeing results, I'll build the program around where you're at right now.
What kind of goals can you help with?
Pretty much anything โ€” getting stronger, building muscle, losing fat, improving athletic performance, hitting a specific lift number, or just getting healthier overall. If it's a real goal, I'll help you go after it.
Do I need specific equipment?
I'll ask about what you have access to when we talk. Whether it's a full gym, a home setup, or something in between โ€” the program will work around what you've got.
Do you offer nutrition coaching?
No, there is no nutritional coaching included, but I will give advice based on experience.
How do I pay?
It's $10 per week, paid monthly in advance โ€” so $40 at the start of each month. Simple as that.
Is in-person training available?
There is possible in-person training this summer. Reach out and we can talk about whether that's an option for you.
How do the weekly check-ins work?
Every week I'll check in with you to see how training is going, look at your progress, and make any adjustments to the program that are needed. It keeps you on track and makes sure the program stays dialed in for you.
